CS Devika Arora is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and has completed several certification courses from ICSI, including those on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

Ms. Devika has extensive experience working with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Real Estate organizations, where she has played an active role in ensuring robust compliance systems and effective corporate governance frameworks. As Compliance Officer of a leading real estate company, she has advised the Board on establishing compliance management tools and implementing sound governance practices.

She is an active Member of Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs) constituted under POSH for various multinational companies and regularly conducts sensitization and training sessions on POSH compliance. Ms. Devika is also associated with several NGOs dedicated to the welfare and empowerment of women and children in India.
