Dr. AJAY S. SINGH is an officer of 1994 batch of Indian Civil Accounts Service.

He is an electronics and Communication Engineer, MBA, MA in economics and PhD in corporatization of govt. department to Security printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd.(a Miniratna PSU). 

He is currently working as Principal Chief Controller of Accounts in Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. he worked as Chief Controller of Accounts in Ministry of Information and Broadcasting with additional charge of Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, 

Government nominee director RCF ( A Central PSU Under Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers) and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Before this posting, he worked as Director-Finance at Board level in Punatsangchhu-I Hydroelectric Project Authority, and Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project Authority, Bhutan.
