Dr. Dezy Kumari is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She has previously served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi. With over twelve years of teaching experience, Dr. Kumari has established a strong academic profile, contributing more than thirty publications, including eight books, two working papers, and twenty research articles published in leading Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals.

She has actively participated in the scholarly community, presenting and attending over twenty national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs. During the pandemic, she further contributed to academic engagement by delivering and participating in more than one hundred online sessions and webinars.
