Mr Jyoti Prakash Gadia is the managing director of Resurgent India Ltd., a leading financial advisory
firm, and co-founder of the fintech, ScoreMe.in.

Resurgent India is a market leader in debt funding for numerous sectors, including Renewable
Energy, where it has worked with some of the largest players. It is also a prominent player in
stressed assets advisory.

Mr. Gadia is a Government-nominated Member of the Council at the Institute of Cost Accountants of
India and a Government-nominated Board Member of the National Board for Quality Promotion,
Quality Council of India. 

Additionally, he holds prominent positions at ASSOCHAM, serving as
Chairman of the MSME Committee for the Southern Region and as Co-Chairman of the Haryana
State Development Council. He is also involved with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII),
where he serves as the Co-Chairman of the CII Northern Region Committee on SMEs. Furthermore,
Mr. Gadia holds the designation of Member, Finance at NAREDCO.

Under his leadership, Resurgent India Ltd. has grown into a one-stop shop for assorted merchant
banking services. The firm has a country-wide presence and a talent pool of over 350 professionals.
In addition, the fintech firm, ScoreMe, has been working with over 175 financial institutions to
enhance risk management practices and digitize lending processes.

Resurgent also offers consultancy services to the central government, state governments, PSUs, and
Fortune 500 companies. It is a transaction advisor to DIPAM, ministry of finance. It also provides
consultancy services to the National Highways Authority of India and government-operated ports.

financial institutions for furnishing TEV, LIE, and ASM reports.
